Custom Forest

• Description

  Set of ten beautiful Trees. With this option, we let you select not just the Tree shape but also the wood type you would like each shape made from.

  (Please be aware that £210 is the base price before custom options are added)

  When you buy one of our Forest or Woodlands we will always provide you with a mix of different wood tones hand-picked by one of our team. However, if you would like to pick yourself, then this is for you!
  
  The timber we use varies in price, so please be aware that some options have a small additional charge.

  Sizing ~ The size of the Trees varies, as each one is unique and individually hand turned. Most shapes stand approximately 12cm tall and are 5cm wide. Shapes such as Shrub, Lop, Bramble and Hedge are shorter and wider approximately 8cm tall and 7cm wide.

  Packaging / Gift boxes ~ Each Tree is carefully packaged in its own pot and securely protected with eco-friendly wood wool to ensure safe delivery. Woodlands (Sets of 5) and Forests (Sets of 10) will arrive in their own branded gift box.

• Shipping

  Standard UK shipping FREE on all orders over £50. For orders under £50, the usual charge of £5 applies. Estimated delivery times for Standard Delivery 3 - 6 business days.

  International shipping is £10 and estimated delivery times are 3 -14 days. If you’re ordering from outside the UK (including the USA), your parcel may be subject to customs or import charges once it reaches your country. These are set locally and aren’t included at checkout.

  For many U.S. customers - especially on smaller orders - parcels arrive without any additional charges. Occasionally, imported wooden goods may be assessed for duty or handling fees, which are usually up to 10% of the order value and are requested by the courier before delivery.

  We know this isn’t the most exciting part of shopping, but we want to be upfront. Any charges applied are outside our control and are the responsibility of the recipient. If you’d like more certainty, your local customs office can offer guidance before ordering.

  Delivery times can vary depending on the time of year. We are particularly busy running up to Christmas so please make sure to order well in advance if possible.

   

  Refunds

  If you are not satisfied with the quality of your order then we can refund your full order so long as it is returned within 14 days. If you wish to return your order please email us to notify us of the return. We will refund the full order including the original shipping cost but do not cover any shipping costs to return the order to us.

  For international orders we will allow longer for the product to be returned however please make sure to contact us within 14 days to notify us of the return.
